We proudly offer a full range of catering services as well as event space rental.


We have created some of the best selections of “Classic Continental” cuisine along with “Old World” favorites. All dishes are prepared to order using the finest and freshest ingredients. Specialty menus will be customized to complete the vision of your perfect event. Keeping with our philosophy, we have long understood that each client and event is unique and deserving of our special attention. We promise the staff at our Lodge will treat you and your event as an exclusive celebration. Our goal is to always exceed your expectations and have all of our guests leave happy.

The West Shore Elks has six venues along with food and beverage service to host any business, organization, social, or personal event. 

LODGE ROOM

SEATS 60 MAXIMUM

The Lodge room is a ground floor easy access room with seating for approximately 60 people.
It is the perfect size for baby showers, bridal showers, birthday parties and more.

BALLROOM

SEATS 300 MAXIMUM

CAN BE DIVIDED INTO 2 ROOMS

Our grand ballroom has accommodated groups of 300 people.
You gain access to the ballroom through your own private entrance into an open foyer.
Our elevated stage, thirty by forty foot hardwood dance floor and lofty ceiling make it the perfect destination for wedding receptions, corporate events, retirement parties and much more.
The ballroom is also capable of being divided in half as desired. It is equipped with wireless microphones, a large built in screen, additional stage spotlights and a custom built in bar.

OUTDOOR PAVILION

SEATS 200 MAXIMUM

The picnic faculty located at the rear of our Lodge property is referred to as the “ The Pavilion “.
We believe it is one of Central Pennsylvania’s premier outdoor event destinations.
Besides a spacious covered pavilion that seats approximately 200 guests there is much more. Attached to the pavilion is a large open air deck suitable for dancing or more seating. At the edge of the deck sits a covered gazebo where many bands and entertainers have shined for the guests. There is also a large double sided bar area under roof perfect for serving food and beverage. Outside the pavilion complex is almost 4000 square feet where we have two horseshoe pits, volley ball, 2 basketball hoops and room for lawn games as well. Finally, conveniently located within feet of the complex are handicap accessible modern restrooms

ACCOMMODATES approximately 25

Our game room works fantastic for small parties especially with young adults.  It has a large flat screen TV and free pool table. There are several video games, foosball, basketball, pinball as well as darts and shuffleboard bowling. The room is approximately 40 feet long and 30 feet wide and seats approximately 25 people.

GENERAL GUIDELINES:
All rentals require a minimum four hour commitment. We allow guests to bring their own prepared food and non alcoholic beverages.  All alcohol must be purchased through the West Shore Elk’s and is limited to a maximum of four hours of service. As we are primarily always open we cannot allow use of the kitchen.

RENTAL FEES:
Rental fees are based on the time of year, day of the week, number of guests and length of your use.  All of our rentals are booked on a first come first serve basis. A deposit and contract are required to confirm a reservation.  Please fill out and forward our event inquiry sheet below and we will respond to every request in a timely manner.

We appreciate you taking the time to consider the West Shore elks as your event destination.  All of the funds at our nonprofit facility support many causes including disabled and homeless veterans, special needs children and families as well as contributing to local youth academic scholarships, our fire fighters, first responders and police.
