General Manager: Lola Henry
The newest ingredient of the West Shore Elks’ food and beverage team is Lola Henry. She has a 30 years in the Restaurant, and Event planning industry. She has exceptional customer service skills, can works hard under pressure and works tirelessly to make sure the clubs great reputation continues to thrive. Lola has done weddings, bridal showers, baby showers, and many other types of events. She cares about her staff and will  accommodate and assist at all times. She has an established following of repeat clients as she provides excellent customer
service and fulfills catering needs. Lola is passionate about the Elks and what they stand for as well as the products and services they offer. Lola is eager  and dedicated to fulfilling all your member service needs..
Jo Koza

Kitchen Manager: Joe Koza
At the West Shore Elk’s we stand proud to have our culinary service directed by Executive Chef Joseph Koza. Not wandering far from his home of Portage Pennsylvania Joe received his culinary education at Penn State University in University Park where he remained for several years working alongside established executive chefs at the area’s top restaurants and hotels. Joe came to our area in the late 80’s where he flourished managing a high volume food and beverage operation for well over twenty years as Executive Chef for GF Management. While Joe was on board the company ranked as one of the top ten hotel management corporations in the United States. Joe is a man of family and faith who takes pride in what he does.
