Facility Rental Information

GENERAL GUIDELINES:

All rentals require a minimum four hour commitment. We allow guests to bring their own prepared food and non alcoholic beverages. All alcohol must be purchased through the West Shore Elk’s and is limited to a maximum of four hours of service. As we are primarily always open we cannot allow use of the kitchen.

RENTAL FEES:

Rental fees are based on the time of year, day of the week, number of guests and length of your use.

All of our rentals are booked on a first come first serve basis. A deposit and contract are required to confirm a reservation.

Please fill out and forward our event inquiry sheet and we will respond to every request in a timely manner.

We appreciate you taking the time to consider the West Shore elks as your event destination. All of the funds at our nonprofit facility support many causes including:

  • Disabled and homeless veterans.
  • Special needs children and families.
  • Local youth academic scholarships.
  • Fire fighters, first responders and police.

PAYMENT/DEPOSIT:

A 50% deposit is required to secure an event.

We accept checks or cash.  We do NOT accept credit cards for banquet events or rentals. Rentals must be paid in full one week prior to event.

TABLES/CHAIRS:

We have the following tables and approximately 300 chairs that are included with your rental.

  1. 22 Round tables that seat 8 and are 60 inches across.
  2. 15 Round tables that seat 10 and are 72 inches across.
  3. 25 Rectangle 8 ft tables.

LINEN:

White lined toppers and napkins are available through our vendor

  1. Linen for round and long tables are $10 each
  2. White linen napkins are $1 each.

We offer many colors and textures but additional cost will be involved

Set Up/Tear Down and utility fees maybe apply based on event
